Room was not cleaned. Food was left in refrigerator,no toilet paper sand no towels. We did not feel safe due to people congregating outside of our hotel room smoking. We asked for a refund and stayed at another hotel. Do not recommend this hotel to family’s

Not pleasant 2 night stay, first night music playing in another room until 2 a.m., second night teenagers running around outside screaming and running at 4 a.m. I will never stay here again. Left the second morning at 5:30 a.m.!

Terrible experience The room smells terrible. I wasn’t clean.

2senior guests &their room is2nd floor as far from ridiculous elevator as you can get, walking past busted room windows. Stains on the carpet, shower handle falling off wall. Noisy guests slamming doors all night/talking outside until wee hours of morning. Staff was very friendly though.

Miserable Extended Stay @ Extended Stay America first night - * no hand towels or shower curtain. * moved to another room *New room had a major leak that flooded kitchenette * moved to another room *Finally got to bed - only to discover that the bottom sheet was too small for the bed and wouldn't stay on Second night - 3am - Fire alarms goes off 3:30am - Fire trucks arrive 4am - Fire Dept leave ... no fire! Disappointed No street signage on Forest Drive. Difficult to find as it is about a block off the main road behind a Sam's club and we had to call the office to find it. Also the people three doors down had knocked a window out of their suite and a group was visible inside. I did not feel particularly safe. My husband was with me so we stayed. Had he not been I would have left.

Don’t stay here. The hotel looks nice in the picture provided by Expedia but don’t let it influence you. We booked for 3 nights and only stayed 1 before we checked out. The hotel rooms are dingy and dirty. There is nothing in them. We had 1 bar of soap and 1 towel. No other amenities. I had to purchase a hair dryer. We were told that because we were not staying a week, there was no maid service. If we wanted clean sheets we had to bring the used ones to the office for replacements. It was like i was in the tales from the creep omg i have never the room was so old stank not clean the shower had nails hanging from it i have never been so disappointed in my life my kids had to sleep in that filth we couldnt leave because everything was booked very very disappoint
