Nice hotel from the exterior, old and dirty room. Room was not clean or cleaned the four nights I stayed. I had to go to the front office to borrow a plunger because the toilet backed up. The hotel has a great location across from Fot Jackson, shopping and dining, but it could use some thorough cleaning or major updating.

hotel was overbooked, tryed to give me seperate rooms staff was very rude canceled my stay rhere went to a cleaner and much better hotel this place was a dump

Carpet left feet (socks) clay stained. Bathroom toilet filthy had to call housekeeping to clean it. Room was next to office / laundry area. Banging wall most of the night. When checking in clerk was apologetic about trying to find pillow and remote for tv. She was great but the situation was not her fault. Pillows smelled terrible. We were going to leave but we were exhausted and it was after midnight

slum The room was filthy with soda spilled all over. Sticky floors, no toilet paper, ac not working properly, no hot water, toilet running, mold in the ice tray. Somebody needs to get fired

Don’t stay here They need to mop the floors right. They need to clean the toilet bowl. They have mold and mildew all over the fridge - disgusting!! They try to charge you for extra rates if you don’t catch on to them.

Horrible stay Area was nice a lot of stores in walking distance but the room I was in wasn't the best room roaches came under the door at night and I didnt have any toilet paper in the bathroom when I got there only one side of the stove worked the door wasn't sealed all the way when it was closed tv was fozzie air conditioning wasn't the best

Based off the pictures this LOOKED like a nice hotel to stay at. Was I wrong. Walked in the room and there was left over candy paper on the floor. Speaking of the floor it was VERY sticky!! Bathroom walls had hair all over them. Thank God we bought our own towels because some of those werent clean either. They said free breakfast. Well dont wake up hungry. You have coffee and muffins. not going back This place was just too dirty. To be fair they were in the prcess of re paving the parking lot so the area was messy to get around. However, the outside walls were stained and the walk ways were stained and filthy. They need a major power washing at a minimum. I made the reservation for my wife and me and for another couple. They (both wife and other couple) were very disappointed in my choice.
