Not happy Outside area was dirty and untidy. Elevator was a mess and very dirty. Only used it once. After that used stairs to the third floor. Lots of beer cases and liquor bottles around the area. Breakfast was a joke. We picked this one for the kitchen, BUT when we went to get items for the kitchen, none in the room, the answer was they are all handed out already. Sorry.... Felt like a big bait and switch!

I did like that location was in close proximety of fort jackson basic training..the door mat to my room was full of animal hair, the bathroom sinkstopper was stuck closed& the lever to open it didnt work..within 10 mins. A dog barked so excessivly i asked for and wad grantef another room. The new rooms refigerator door was filty as was the carpet, bed comfortor was wrinkle as if used already and i was so uncomfortable that i couldnt walk on the floor without shoes..wosrt hotel experiance ever, elevator smelled musty & sour w... read more

the Hotel was dirty, we had to ask for clean sheets when we arrived, the bed looked slept in, room service had to be ordered and paid for separately. We had to get our own clean towels, I killed a live cockroach in the bathroom the 1st day we were there. My husband is retired Military and I have not seen this type of Hotel in 45 years, it was disgusting. We made these reservations because we were not familiar with the area and we wanted to attend our grandsons graduation from Basic Training at FT Jackson.

Dirty disgusting room The lady who checked us in while on a personal phone call. The room was completely disgusting. It was extremely dirty. The shower curtain had mold on it. There was food on the floor. None of furniture had been dusted. I would never recommend this location.

I checked in & the air conditioner hadn’t been turned on & it took quite awhile to get it cooled down, then the unit made an awful sound every time it was on so it was hard to sleep. The towels left horrible fuzzies all over! There was some type of huge stain on the floor that was intimidating really...

check-in was fine. we reserved two rooms. one room had bedbugs and we had to get another room. in the other room there was an issue of the refrigerator leaking. so instead of being close together we were at opposite ends of the building. the sidewalks were filthy. not impressed. hope i don't have to stay there again.

No hot water had to use cold water to wash my face get a new hotel take a shower then

Room smelled terrible. No towels in room, needed to go to front desk for towels. Noisy PTAC unit.
