Just needed a night’s sleep, so was ok for that but otherwise it is a dump...
The room was disgusting the floor was sticky the carpets were stained black with various pieces of gum embedded within it my white bed sheets were stained and black from how dirty they were the fridge had yellowed from the grease stains the handle had broken off very sticky with fingerprints all over it same with the stove the door wouldn’t close and when I addressed this with the staff I was told “I get what I pay for and no one will come in my room” the bath tub was black and filled with hair which let me know for a fact t... read more
Waited to check in for an hour! No one at desk, had to call, huge line, took forever to help
Bad area. A lot of people out in the parking lot just standing around asking for money. I was told I’m lost and shouldn’t be around here. Didn’t stay.
The property is close to restaurants and shopping. The property is close to the Interstate (heard traffic all day and night) and Fort Jackson ( heard revelry every morning) . Free breakfast was coffee, granola bars and pre-wrapped muffins. Problems in my room: Entry door needed weather stripping. I could see daylight under the door. The curtain rod bracket on one side was pulled from the ceiling. The gasket on the refrigerator and freezer had extensive mold. If you like cockroaches , filth , and rooms that reek of smoke ... no shower curtain and dirty linen covered in human hair this place is for you.. complete dump
Nice hotel from the exterior, old and dirty room. Room was not clean or cleaned the four nights I stayed. I had to go to the front office to borrow a plunger because the toilet backed up. The hotel has a great location across from Fot Jackson, shopping and dining, but it could use some thorough cleaning or major updating.
hotel was overbooked, tryed to give me seperate rooms staff was very rude canceled my stay rhere went to a cleaner and much better hotel this place was a dump
