Dirty and run down!! No amenities!! Shopping around the property is good.

Not Pleased!! The housekeeping was deplorable. The room needed a complete remodel. The rug was totally gross. The bathroom needed a remodel and was not clean. The continental breakfast was a joke, but they did have coffee! We reserved three nights, stayed two and they did refund the third night. The only good thing is location, close to Fort Jackson.

Heat wasn’t working Customer service was great Room had odor

Our room was terrible. The towels were dirty, no dishes or anything in the kitchen, rust in the fridge and freezer and the room smelled. There were less than desirable people that hung out on the terrace outside our room and the lady in the room below us would scream and yell all day all night which you could hear through the bathroom vent and we couldn’t sleep. Don’t clean your room if you stay more then one night and gives only 2 towels . Never will I stay at and of there motels again

Old hotel. Plumbing problems. I would never stay there again

It smelled of smoke even though it was "non-smoking"and the rooms were not clean. Disappointing.

Went into the room it was nasty. The beds had dirty sheets on them there were blood stains on them. We ended up getting our money back and went to another hotel which was a 100 percent better. My advice go somewhere else high disappointed in the hotel.
