We were charged $100 for an outdated, worn down & dirty room. The bed was clean and made properly.

Cockroaches everywhere, dirty room. Stuff don’t respect soldiers. I wish I can give -0 stars. My bathroom was not working. I called the support center and the guy came said they can’t help me at the moment

This place is a disaster had pour water in the toilet,mold on the bathtub,molding coming off dry wall rotten doors ,the cardboard had roaches in it. Security camera fell down, elevator was always breaking down. Nasty, hand rails on steps the health department should investigate

The room was okay. I expected better for an Extended Stay. The room had a terrible musty odor so we turned the air up high and left it running all day. The second night, I saw a bug. The location was perfect!

Looked clean, but wasn't. Overpriced. No cribs. Reservation allowed me to elect a crib, the hotel doesn't have them. Office is small and not the easiest to find. Broken window. Overpriced. If i paid 1/2 i would have given it an extra star to make 3. Its non smoking however every other room had piles of cigarette butts and or people immediately outside their door smoking.
