Very old and rundown!

The bathroom had exterior damage . Water were leaking from the shower also there were other damage although I brought my own towels still were no towels in the room staff were not friendly

Property supposedly has roaches. Room smelt of cigarettes. Counters were stripped of boarding still had dried glue left over. Dents in fridge. Key system out dated. Keys failed multiple times had to get new ones. Counter tops had holes. Overall not a good experience, and on top of that property would not give any type of refund

I couldn't rate it a "terrible" because we decided not to stay and find out. Hotel has an overall filthiness about it both inside and out. Splintered furniture. Reeked of cigarette smoke. Burnt cigarette markings around tub, sink, toilet. Dirty smoke filled hallways and elevator shaft. A young woman with children sharing a 5th of liquor with a friend in the parking lot outside the office window. Red flag was a dedicated Law Enforcement Officer Parking spot. An overall unsafe vibe. Caution!!!! The experience I have had at this location has been the worst ever. It started off at check- in being harassed by intoxicated men in front of the lobby while i was trying to check in late night. I paid 166 a night at this location. As soon as i stepped in the room it smelled like a kennel . The room was extremely dirty. I had to go and buy cleaning supplies just to set my things down. After cleaning the room. The staff was excellent. The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. It just shows that the staff is doing a good job, however, the property is run down. Everything is very old and not appealing at all. No hot water in the bathroom sink. And limited hot water in the shower. The hot water would come and go.
