Patient staff Booked thru 3 rd party and had issues checking in bc of card hold. Hotel staff (Jaime) was very helpful and patient with me while I resolve issue.

No smoking hotel smelled like smoked. Cleanliness wasn’t up to par. There was hair on “clean” towels.

Full kitchen is very convenient Asked for dishes for five people.. got enough for two Asked for linens for the sofa bed.. got a bedspread only
