Bathroom floor had a what looked like someone had dropped a cigarette on it and it burned the flooring. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Everything else was ok.

I checked in at 11pm. And the staff refused to give a late check out the following day. Plus there was no telephone in the room where you can contact the front desk. I had to use my cell phone, plus there is wooden floors there. No carpet

Nasty customer service Had a very bad experience with one front desk woman when I asked about the ice that had accumulated over the sidewalk. She was very nasty. Instead of her contacting the manager, she kept insisting that it was not her responsibility and that I should contact the general manager during the week.
