Nasty customer service Had a very bad experience with one front desk woman when I asked about the ice that had accumulated over the sidewalk. She was very nasty. Instead of her contacting the manager, she kept insisting that it was not her responsibility and that I should contact the general manager during the week. I expressed my concerned about falling outside where she continued her position on not being her responsability. Then she became real laud. And screamed at me. Will never be back.
