I really like Ms Sophia, very helpful, convenient and beautiful
:) Clean throughout, refrigerator worked well, nice water pressure No kitchenware or flatware in unit, only 2 plastic cups in bath. I wish that was disclosed to us before booking.

The elevator was out - I'm in good shape but the woman checking in that was in front of me wasn't. Just thinking of others that may also not be able to climb stairs
