Overall good. Front desk staff was very helpful in trying to get my parking pass printed from a local venue. Snack machine was full and had a nice variety of snacks. BUT towels were so scratchy they actually hurt you when you wiped. And the curtains hung directly over the air conditioner so that when they were closed, the air blew behind the curtains into the window and not in front of the window into the room. There were only four hangers, definitely not enough.

Had made reservation thru Expedia months in advance, but was called day of check in because hotel was overbooked- we were put in 4 single rooms instead of the 2 double rooms I had booked. No up charge, though. Can hear just about everything that goes on- not great insulation. Tub stopper did not work in 3 of the rooms.

Training Facility was nice. Bed a little firm. Need a bigger trash can in the room. Room was spacious. Nice selection of tv channels. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Good location. Within 15 minutes of new numerous shopping and dining venues.

Excellent stay with a quiet and safe environment. Rooms are clean with enough space. The staff quickly fix any problems with the room or service.

This hotel was disappointing considering it is located in a corporate business park area. I thought the hotel would be nice, but it's just a run down hotel. Immediately walking in, you smell mildew and mold. It just smells old. The hallway was reminiscent of walking a hall in ghetto building in the police dramas with the yellow fluorescent lighting. Felt like I was on my way to a drug bust. This place needs a ton of updating and renovating. Not worth the price. Could've done better with a Motel 6.

Beware! We arrived around 1am after driving for many hours to find the front door locked. We had to call from the provided phone by the front door to have someone let us in. No one answered until we rang at least a dozen times. When the attendant finally answered we were told that there were no reservations but when I said I had a confirmation number she agreed to come to the door to let us in.
