The first room we checked into smelled like someone smoked in it. The second room we checked out smelled of kitty litter. The third room we ended up staying in smelled very musty. The AC took care of that smell.
The location was convenient The first room they assigned me had not been cleaned. Went back down to report. I did get a new room however the clerk did not apologize and acted like I caused her to correct an issue. The excuse was the rom was reported as cleaned. Thank goodness the room was empty. The staff in the morning were great. Very friendly The hallway carpet could have used a vacume. The location was excellent for my visit, and the price was good.
They charged $10 to turn down the room. I didnt appreciate that
I brought my family here to get a few nights away and i really liked that the deluxe studio was set u just like an apartment. This setup helped me to keep the same routine with my kids as I always have (Eat at the dining table, wash dishes before bed, sitting in the living room watching tv before dinner etc..) It really made being away from home wtill feel like the comforts of home but with different scenery. Having small kids I appreciated being able to stick to my normal house rules it kept the getaway organized and enjoya... read more
5 Star Family time
Property is a little tricky to find. The room was nice. It was spacious. It had different areas to sit, watch TV and eat. I would stay there again.
I was very quiet
Over charged They over charged my credit card and now I have to wait a week to get my money back
