Condtion of the room was awful.customer service is not good. Need to train your staff to be respectful to their customer. The air condtioner did not work, I had a hard time sleeping it was so hot.
African lady there ever rude
The room was dirty and had fleas The room was not cleaned, the cabinets in the room were rusted and chipped. The bedding had black spots on the sheets. There was red hair under my pillow which my mother or myself dont have red hair. I had my dogs there and the location has fleas i found a couple on my dogs body. I asked for additional towls and was told I had to pay $1.75 for extra towls. The manager at the front desk was very rude and would not issue a full refund. This is an apartment building! This is not a hotel, people live here and it’s very weird. I’ve had to stay here twice for work and both times I was placed in the same dirty room with the same stains and smells. There are pets and I have watched as one of the animals lift its leg to pee on the wall in the hall. The owner did nothing but continue walking. FLEA INFESTED ROOMS!!!
My family has been bitten up because this property has a nasty flea infestation!!!! I have videos and pics to prove!!! I need a refund!!
Hotel run down it stinks people were extremely loud hard to find staff. Nothing I needed in my room but 2 towels and when asking for more got a interrogation
