Everyone from the staff was awesome. Close to everything, very convenient. The only downer was the pool was closed due to repairs. But, a nearby waterpark helped.
The space in the room was great, that's what I liked best
Staff was very helpful Colleen made me feel at ease if needed anything and was polite and always smiling
The outside was not great. They attempted cleanliness, but the rooms need updates to look nicer.
We paid for 2 rooms and we paid full price but the elevators didn’t work and the pool was closed. Kids were looking forward to going swimming and they were not able to. I have a bad knee and it was very uncomfortable having to walk up 2 flights of stairs every time we left the room.
