I like the location. The floors are not that clean, we saw some pets hair though we do not have any.

Hotel stay due to extended power outage. So nice to have a room with lights, wi-fi, television. AND a place to store food, and cook to keep from having to eat out every night.

Everyone from the staff was awesome. Close to everything, very convenient. The only downer was the pool was closed due to repairs. But, a nearby waterpark helped.

We paid for 2 rooms and we paid full price but the elevators didn’t work and the pool was closed. Kids were looking forward to going swimming and they were not able to. I have a bad knee and it was very uncomfortable having to walk up 2 flights of stairs every time we left the room.
