The smells I requested a non-smoking room, but the entire floor (second) smelled like an ashtray. The stairwell was even worse. The carpet has been replaced on the first floor, but the rest of the carpet and furniture needs to be replaced. I could smell cigarette smoke in the furniture of the room. The exterior door to the stairwell was not properly secured as you did not need a room key to enter. There were cigarette butts and drink cans/bottles littering the ground around this door.

Not Clean Carpet was badly stained , chair was broken. Had to have room key programmed 4-5 times- had prepaid for 4 nights but only stayed 3- decided I would rather pay for a better hotel then to stay there.

farmers branch EVERYTHING you think it is The place smells like a 3rd world country, the staff treat guests similar to the guards treat inmates in county jail and the elevator will not open on the second or third floors.gate this Locatin police are bored and nosy.

Nice Staff Poor Hotel I would like to start by saying the staff were friendly and did try to help... I had reserved a non-smoking room, the room I was given smelled so bad from smoke that my children had a hard time breathing, I requested another room and was given keys but the door wouldn't open. Please Do Not Extend your stay at Extended Stay! First of all, Dallas and surrounding areas was like, seriously booked for the weekend. I booked this hotel on Thursday through Expedia. Confirmation and all........... Well, while we were at the lake Saturday evening for our family event, I get a call from the hotel saying they were booked and didn't have a room for us. WORST STAY EVER! Please read! Be warned: We arrived 15 minutes before check in and they made us wait in the lobby until 3pm exactly... for no reason! The rooms were already available! The room was hot despite turning the air to the lowest setting. When we tried to take a shower the water was cold. At first we called the front desk to see what they could do but they said they had a lot of guests arriving so there was nothing they could do at the time. Three days for the price of four? I paid for 4 nights April 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th. The man at the counter said I would have to pay for another night if I didn't pay to stay Thursday night and not only that, I would have to pay full price for the room. You can see in your records that I had to stay at another hotel for Thursday the 26th. I know this is not your fault - sometimes there is someone else that causes the problem.
