Elevator was broken. No staff to bring up silverware or sheets. Had to walk 3 stories for anything i needed.

Texas storm will nearly shut this place down A normal Texas 'duster' came through. After checking in, I found out, elevatir was down. After getting comfortable, No Wifi. ...and you still charge full price for a room... Best answer I received from anyone, was "They're working on it." ...for 2 days... So, I left.
The property itself was ok, the staff on the other hand was VERY rude. I wasn't able to check in until almost 5pm even though they say early check-in is available.(I asked if I could do early check-in which is a charge for being earlier then 3pm which I was ok with and was told they can't because "it's not ready and I should go a kill time until it was")When I attempted to check in at 11am they told me the room would need to be cleaned, I assumed it wouldn't take long so I came back around 1:30pm and still not ready, check-i... read more

There was NO AC unit working and refused to change my room and give me a refund.
I waited for an hour for someone to show up at the front desk to check me in. I phoned reservations and they were unable to contact anyone at the hotel. Very very very bad experience!!! Do not waste your money!!!

Doors were locked. No biggie. Another guest let me in. Front desk, understandably was peeved. She got me checked in and i went up and to sleep. Someone had left a bag of trash by the door to my room. The coverlet was full covered in some kind of hair. I have bad allergies- i had to strip it from the bed and go back to sleep just to breathe. She make me sign a paper in the check in then she charged me $56 when I checked out And when I checked my account I find out she charged me $56 extra I returned to the hotel. Then She refund the money to me and she gave me copy of the refund after i told her I took pictures of the room I did not do any thing because she gave me list of how much they charge if something missing from the room
