The staff was horrible and they wouldn’t let me check in

The odor in the kitchenette was unbearable. Thank God I had lysol with me. This hotel/rooms had way to many issues to list. I paid way to much for the service and conditions of this hotel. I WILL NEVER USE EXTENDED STAY EVER AGAIN.

The staff was professional and friendly. The room we stayed in was not guest clean. I didn’t want to walk in the floor without shoes. There was barely any toilet paper on the partial roll and no back up. The entire hotel had a bad smell, our room and floor were no exception. I will not stay here again.

The room was not clean, it was disgusting. There were stains in the pillow and bed. There were hair follicles underneath blanket. The bathroom was clogged up. It was a disgusting experience and because of my horrible and experience and how much I hated what happened. I will never book with expedia again. I will be sure to tell my friends and family about the experience. It was horrible. The lobby was not even cleaned when you walked in and the place smelt moldy.

On Expedia the ad mentioned a continental breakfast. There was only coffee and some bagged muffins available. The property was deplorable.

The staff was rude and try to give us a bad room then told us we would have to pay to get another room and I told her I was not paying when it was there fault.
