Very dirty all around from the bathroom to the crusty lobby to the courtains that block the ac unit so your room is hot all day !!

My problem is with Expedia. I reserved a room online at about 11:00pm mst. because of flight delays and weather at DFW int. my wife and daughter missed their connecting flight to Denver. On the computer it said "Your all set and the hotel staff is expecting you." But when my wife got to the hotel the front desk lady said there was no record of the reservation and needed another credit card to make the reservation. They say they have a pet policy. I even called ahead before booking to confirm dogs were allowed. They assured me they were for a fee. I booked it, and upon arrival they lady said our dog was too big. He measured 30” tall and 32” long. Weighs 51 lbs. the clerk told us we had to leave and threatened to call the police because she already called the police on the previous customer who had a dog as well. Very poorly managed rundown property. Staff is unprofessional. Hotel/rooms dirty. Elevator broken. Smell of garbage and smoke throughout hotel and room. Awful experience and property. Use caution before booking.

We payed full price for 2 rooms for 2 nights and get use of FULL amenities. The elevator didn’t work so we had to pack all of our bags up 2 flights of stairs. The pool was closed and it is the beginning of summer. My kids were excited about getting in the pool and they weren’t able to. Our room keys kept deactivating every couple of hours seem like.
