The property did have a refrigerator and microwave, however, the carpet had an appearance of being clean but the carpet was sticky and carried an odor. I brought and sprayed an entire can of Lysol disinfectant on everything to help control the musty smell. I paid the daily cleaning fee and my room was only cleaned once after I requested. The hallway trash needing dumping all weekend and no one took it til Monday.

Location was perfect. Never again: no towels or bedding for fold out couch. Mgmt response: “next time you should call ahead....we have to wash the sheets”. This at a 5pm check in when check out is at 11 am. No soap or shampoo in the bath.

Very dirty all around from the bathroom to the crusty lobby to the courtains that block the ac unit so your room is hot all day !!

My problem is with Expedia. I reserved a room online at about 11:00pm mst. because of flight delays and weather at DFW int. my wife and daughter missed their connecting flight to Denver. On the computer it said "Your all set and the hotel staff is expecting you." But when my wife got to the hotel the front desk lady said there was no record of the reservation and needed another credit card to make the reservation.
