Dirty towels in bathroom, trash overflowing in hall way.

Location was perfect. Never again: no towels or bedding for fold out couch. Mgmt response: “next time you should call ahead....we have to wash the sheets”. This at a 5pm check in when check out is at 11 am. No soap or shampoo in the bath.

They had the nifgt sh8ft laundry person working the front desk and didn't know what she was doing. The night shift jeed more training

Very dirty all around from the bathroom to the crusty lobby to the courtains that block the ac unit so your room is hot all day !!

My problem is with Expedia. I reserved a room online at about 11:00pm mst. because of flight delays and weather at DFW int. my wife and daughter missed their connecting flight to Denver. On the computer it said "Your all set and the hotel staff is expecting you." But when my wife got to the hotel the front desk lady said there was no record of the reservation and needed another credit card to make the reservation. I called Expedia customer service and they said sorry the computers haven't updated yet there is nothing we can ... read more

Terrible service. Need better management and the front desk was rude

They say they have a pet policy. I even called ahead before booking to confirm dogs were allowed. They assured me they were for a fee. I booked it, and upon arrival they lady said our dog was too big. He measured 30” tall and 32” long. Weighs 51 lbs. the clerk told us we had to leave and threatened to call the police because she already called the police on the previous customer who had a dog as well. I couldn’t tell you much about the property other than the fact that I booked two rooms earlier in the day and then they gave those rooms away before I could check in. N/A
