Room smelled like urine very strong doors won’t lock just terrible place to stay for out of town guest

This property is rundown. Our room had shredded chairs with holes and tears. I am a member of Sonesta and even the older properties are maintained and provide the comforts of a stay away from home. No coffee in the lobby and no coffee pots in the rooms creates a very non welcoming atmosphere and who wants to hall a coffee pot around with them when traveling. I will never pay $68.00 for one night ever again. They are wsy over priced and do not provide essentials you need ehen traveling.

Very dirty hall ways rooms outside lobby I reserved x 3 nights the very next morning I left I got no sleep bugs in my bed very sad

The room didn’t have a trash can, plastic cups, nothing in the kitchen, linking sink, 2 of the lights didn’t work, and bed was horribly uncomfortable, no soap in bathroom and it took the front desk staff and hour to get me check in to a room after hours. The excuse was she was on her 30 minute lunch break (where did the other 30 go)! Will not be returning and hope this helps another person make a better decision on staying at this property!
