This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Broken front door to greet me, staff was late so I had to sit around, the place was extremely dirty. My room sink was broken and just leaking my whole stay, BUGS EVERYWHERE. In the bathroom, bed, counters. Ash on the ground, mold, no soap. Furniture was ripped up and such. The sprinklers malfunctioned and went off at 4:30 AM requiring the fire department to come and turn them off. I would understand a real emergency but they said there was nothing wrong. I did not get to check in the first night I stayed because nobody was around and on your website it shows check in until 12:00 midnight. Still waiting to hear back about refund for first night

Disgusting. Roaches, no trash can, side doors broken, white stains on the floor, refrigerator door on the wrong way, sink stopped up, soap is old and crumbling, walls are thin.

Bad service I made a reservation online, but when I checked in, it was my first time seeing an additional charge of $48 because there was no room and no towels provided.

Dirty, dingy, poorly lit, and that’s just the starting point. The room reeked of marijuana. The second room had nasty stains on the pullout couch mattress. It smelled musty and there was the stench of tobacco everywhere. This is definitely not a non-smoking hotel.
