It seems like an old property...all the equimpent in kitchenette is old, front desk closed between 9pm to 10 am..no coffee machine..

reserved room with pool and breakfast, got there and no pool, the next morning no breakfast.. Had I been given the option I would have changed reservations, but no warning.

Uncleaned, old, not maintained and dirty place

Was woken up by staff at 6am threatening to call the cops on me for lack of payment. I got a room for one night and the room was charged on my credit card, they though they could scam me for a second night by threatening with cops, worst hotel experience I’ve ever had

Bad experience This place is terrible, it smells like cigarettes and mildew. The room that we stayed had bugs, roaches.

The first thing we noticed when we walked in was how bad it smelled. Then we got to our room and the bathroom has parts of the ceiling missing (I assume scraping off mold) and the towels were stained. The bed was a really old spring mattress and the kitchen was not clean. We got sick within an hour of being in this room and felt fine once we were out of the room, so we had to find another place to stay after 1 night. The staff handled it very well though. The manager Valerie is great!

The hotel was dated and not very clean there where numerous smells around the place and the staff was not very friendly when they where around to help you. The room was not very clean also and the floors were very sticky when you walked on them. I did like that is was closer to the concert we were attending but that was about it.

We arrived at noon on May 22nd. The person at the desk (Justine) said that we could not be checked in until 3:00 p.m. because of hotel policy. We asked if we could store our bags somewhere (like most hotels allow) and we would come back at checkin time, she said "no." She checked that we did indeed have a confirmed reservation. We came back around 2:20 p.m. hoping that our room would have been cleaned and she would check us in. We asked and again she rudely replied only at 3:00 p.m. So we sat.
