Stay away from extendd stay Probably the worst "hotel" I ever stayed in years. There is even no plastic cup or coffee maker in the room. The price is high and the room is cheap. Very disappointed.

My experience... Late flight Arrived at 230am Front desk attendant sleeping in back. Had to make noise to wake her. Could not find reservation. Had no clue how to solve. After 45 minutes of waiting while she called manager, I was given a room. Asked I could have a late check out. She had no clue how to do that. I called manager next morning and asked for a courtesy late check out of 30 mins. Answered, we normally don't do that. OK. Convenient location For the cost the hotel was not very good. It smelled bad, the bed and pillows were not comfortable. Kitchenette without any utensils. You had to ask the desk for a coffee pot, the towels were old and looked like they had been used to dry someone's car. Overall, not terrible but I wouldn't go back nor recommend. Dallas is booming and it is pretty obvious these folks could care less if you come back or not.

Really gross Gross room. Dirty carpets, moldy/rusted bathroom fixtures, smells like an indoor pool, no hangers in the closets, no soap or shampoo, no cups plates or silverware in the kitchen. The "free breakfast" is cheap coffee and little wrapped muffins. The Extended Stay across the street is nicer.

Good location Beds were so hard I was unable to strighten up the next day. Carpets were stained. Furniture was raggedy.

I got to the hotel late after work I checked in and went to my room when I got there it was obvious that the room had not been cleaned. The bed was changed and there were fresh towels. The counter in the kitchen was dirty there were cookie crumbs on the night stand there was used soap and hair on the bathroom counter the commode was very dirty. I was told that housekeeping was already gone and there were no more rooms available that night.

the worst hotel I have ever been in the room was filled with smoking smell. It was filthy and from the carpet to the bed. On the picture, it showed the breakfast room, dont be fooled, they only have a few grab and go items. Coffee was cold and taste less. Check in was super slow and not friendly at all. We booked three rooms for the family, all three rooms had bad smell that we couldnt sleep.

Staff good, rooms very bad This place looks good from the outside, but Its scary to walk inside. Carpets are dirty, rooms has cigar smell, towells are touf and bed is too hard. Overall not clean and very poor undatep, very old. Lot of noise. Breakfast is grap and go. I guess better than nothing. Staff is friendly and try hard to make you fell welcome and help. If staying in Irving is good location in Las Colinas. I stayed here for the convenience of full kitchen, but it was so old and ugly and bad cleaned I eat out every day... read more
