Not what they say at all Make sure you read all the fine print. They do not clean everyday. You have to ask for towels if you want them and you also have to go get them they go not bring it to you. Also expect to pay $100 deposit (which they don’t tell you upfront). Also they do not have a continental breakfast they have muffins and granola bars. The bathroom and kitchen was dirty. Lucky the beds were not. Definitely not worth the price.

Stressful booking Staff was rude and unhelpful

Don’t stay at Extended Stay If you can avoid this hotel please do so at all cost. If we hadn’t arrived at 1 in the morning I would have went across the street to the candlewood suites. After asking for a late checkout @12 I had gone down stairs to ask for a small bottle of shampoo and the lady at the front desk asked if I was leaving soon. The only plus is for this hotel is that it’s in a good location. Other than that look for one elsewhere.

Find another place First time we booked "Extended Stay America". This particular hotel smell very bad, must be due to people cooking all kinds of food. First room we got had broken sofa bed, my son fell down with the mattress (broken sprints etc.) and we also found 1 roaches in this room. We notified front desk and the front desk worker switched us to a second room. 2nd room had broken closet, I tried to call front desk, phone had no ringtone. Room was filthy with visible stains all over everything from blankets to chairs. Gross. The bed was basically just springs. Couldn’t sleep a wink on that bed. No cribs available. Found hairs in the fridge. Changed hotels for the next night.

The shower was filthy the floors were filthy There was hair in my shower !! Toe nail clippings on the floor !! The floor also still had trash on it from the last people that stayed in the room !!! The room was not cleaned professionally at all !!
