Horrible staff The service at the hotel was horrible, they had no ice machines and the pool was hot! The lady that helped us was rude, and they were charging us a a $100 deposit because we booked through a third party, when we tried to dispute this, a lady that said she was the district manager told us there was nothing we could do. They were all very snarky and rude. I didn't like the way the reservation was taken care of. My two rooms were separated into two dofferent buildings.

Booked a room with two beds. Upon checking we were told it is not available and only a room with one queen bed and a sofa bed is available. We decided to take it anyway since it was late in the day. Disappointed.

the first room we were in the TV did't work. That was after we had already unpacked. They moved us to a room down the hall that the air conditioner was noisy when it came on. It took the sink in the bathroom a loonng time to drain. The stopper in the same sink did not work and gave off a bad sewer odor. The breakfast was a joke. Granola bars, packaged muffins( if you got in by 7:30), packaged hot oatmeal, and coffee most of the time. Pillows were on the sofa with no pillow cases. When called to the attention of staff, I was handed 2 pillow cases. Floor was sticky. Room smelled
