Hotel staff was very rude, rooms had pungent vile odors, room door stuck every time I went in and out, I had to request maintenance help to get in room. Bathtub was full of hair. Small children running up and down hallway late at night with no Adult supervision. I made a request for a call back from District manager Never got a call back. I will never stay here again, just a waste of good money.

Never made it... after it was booked they called when I land it said I had no room it was very busy that night and I felt like they gave it away to someone else .....It’s just a hotel game

Booked hotel and paid for it in advance only to get to the hotel and find out I had to put a $100 deposit down because people smoke in non smoking rooms. I spent the last $100 I had on that room and wasn’t able to pay the $100 deposit so I was told oh well sorry.

Everything that was stated on site was incorrect-no brkfst and wifi- nasty conditions

The night clerk was extremely rude. He acted very put out to have to check me in after 11pm. He was almost joyful when he found a mistake in my reservation, and I ended up having to put a $100 deposit down to ensure I did not smoke in their room. Obviously, an issue in this establishment. He also told me if I repeated this mistake again, I would be turned away from this place. Trust me, I will not be returning. Best to spend the extra $15- $20 and go where I am welcomed with a smile.
