Booked hotel and paid for it in advance only to get to the hotel and find out I had to put a $100 deposit down because people smoke in non smoking rooms. I spent the last $100 I had on that room and wasn’t able to pay the $100 deposit so I was told oh well sorry.

The night clerk was extremely rude. He acted very put out to have to check me in after 11pm. He was almost joyful when he found a mistake in my reservation, and I ended up having to put a $100 deposit down to ensure I did not smoke in their room. Obviously, an issue in this establishment. He also told me if I repeated this mistake again, I would be turned away from this place. Trust me, I will not be returning. Best to spend the extra $15- $20 and go where I am welcomed with a smile.

Horrible staff The service at the hotel was horrible, they had no ice machines and the pool was hot! The lady that helped us was rude, and they were charging us a a $100 deposit because we booked through a third party, when we tried to dispute this, a lady that said she was the district manager told us there was nothing we could do. They were all very snarky and rude.
