Not fair! My stay was not good this time and actually got kicked out because they have a strict policy about how they run their hotel and I wasn't even on the property or even in the state and I get a phone call that I have to hurry back cause I am getting thrown out because my roommates had a contertation and now they want to make me the bad guy after just paying my rent and they wouldn't give me back. Roach coach Roaches everywhere... floors gross not swept whole room gross will never stay again

Felt like Wood springs Well I used hotels.com to secure my week long stay at woodsprings. I was surprised to be put on the third floor for such an extended stay. Knowing I'd have more things to carry to and from my room. The hotel was at most 50 capacity. My route to room required alot of walking either way I chose. The faster and easiest being stairs unfortunately. The place was clean altho they said they only clean once every 14 days. Very disappointed. First the non smoking room very smelling cigarettes. You will always find seemed like long term staying guests wondering in parking lot. No one including some staff member wearing mask.
