Dirty, unfriendly, and felt unsafe. Bugs in the room and the sheets weren't changed, didn't even stay more than an hour. Was downright scary.
Everything was not what was described. The most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. Splattered of things on the wall, lint or dust accumulated on the ceiling.
No one at the front desk, the service phone to which they requested you call for service no answer for over 30 minutes, I has forced to find another hotel, after all that they charged me and refused to return my money.
There was no one at the front desk when we arrived at 8:00 p.m. We called several times, and no answer. After 30 minutes of waiting, someone finally walked by and acted surprised that there were people checking in. Overall, the hotel is more like a homeless shelter than a hotel. There were animals wandering down the hallways alone, the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes and pot, and the "neighbors" were up until 4 in the morning playing video games loudly.

I’ve stayed in several woodsprings this was a terrible experience, dirty towels, dirty bathroom and someone kept trying to get into my room all night

You get what you pay for Walls had questionable streaks running down walls. No coffee machine no coffee. Bed frame broken, head board lament peeling away and one light not working…you get what you pay for. I’m just glad the bed sheets were clean

Dirty, outdated, smelled like cigarettes and and who know what else. Room was not serviced. Unsafe area. Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
