When I arrived at hotel, they said my reservation was cancelled but I never received a notice that my hotel was cancelled

Ian refused to check us in. Drove all the way from Ogden Utah (9 hours) and now have no accommodations for the night. Ian refused to offer his last name upon request as he said the refund is our problem and Expedia will have to work with us.

Not Good. The room floor was not clean. The restroom floor was lose and moved as we walked on. The tv was not working. There were not enough towels I called guess services and was told there were none available to wait till the morning at 11am. At That time was checking. Staff was friendly but also seems flirty. Wi-Fi did not work, room was dirty, checkin poorly organized. Towels/bedding was worn and low quality. Would not recommend this motel.

Well it looks nothing like the pictures, it was trashed, we got there at 8:47 and everything was locked up people young people were sitting running all over the place. You have to call to be let in, no customer service. Then when we left the next morning there still was no one at the front desk….HORRIBLE The walls were paper thin, I didn’t sleep at all that night…..would not recommend…. Trash everywhere outside inside… aweful upkeep

Worst stay ever. The check in guy wasn’t available. Took me an hour to just check in. The place smell like cigarettes and random people roaming around. I didn’t even stay in the room and left. I wish i could get my refund. Never ever going to stay at this property again.
