2nd time in a month unsatisfied with say at extend I arrived 10_15 minutes early and was unable to check in, the rooms need cleaning better and snow wasn't shoveled

Disgusting hotel!! Plumbing did not work , no hot water, filthy , hair in sinks, dirty elevator with blood stain on walls. Unprofessional staff on phone this morning during complaint. Stay away… this place is a toilet.

Besides the look of this hotel from the outside, there was nothing we liked. Hotel was filthy, reeked of cigarette and pot smoke, room was dirty, bathroom floor was broken, there were animals in the hallways. Lights in hallways were off or flashing. We checked right back out again as soon as we checked in and saw our room. Felt unsafe. Homeless people and trash in the parking lot. Horrible and scary experience.

Don’t stay here unless you really need shelter Very low class. Long term stay for people with pit bulls etc. Receptionist was not at all friendly or helpful. The room was clean but with large dings in the walls. Bathroom outlets did not work. It was quiet but the corridor smelled of dirty diapers or cabbage
