They wouldnt let me check in, because i was after hours and they said they are fully booked which is a lie because i booked a room online for tonight

Stay away! Urine on the toilet. Room had not been cleaned

The room was clean and the desk staff were wonderful but I hope no one ever stays here. It's a dump. When I left, the police were there taking a report on a auto break-in. The card key seldom worked. My dirty linen was taken even though it wasn't in the garbage. I am glad I always took my luggage out to the car each day otherwise I probably would have other items stolen. Don't ever stay at any Woodspring property. The other one looked just as bad.

At 10:30 pm on a Saturday night, I had to use a phone at the front desk, go through a phone calling system, then wait 10 minutes to get checked in. Got to my room and found no remote. No telephone in the room to contact the front desk, so called the property and again, had to go through the phone calling system, only to reach a human who said only the front desk could get me a remote and they were closed until 9 am the next day. It was a very horrible and unprofessional experience...will never go back

There are only 2 towels provided for 4 guests. I had to wait until 5pm the next day to receive 2 towels. There is no clerk in charge at the property after 4pm. People talking and making noise in hallway all night long. I can smell marijuana in front of the hotel. Bad experience!!! Will never stay there again
