Is to dirty, bad very bad costumer service, stink bad. I never recommend this hotel. I couldn't sleep. I need my money back.

We arrived late, there is nobody at the front. Had to call someone in. Took a long time. The TV in the room was broken. No one to call. Operator number on room phone goes to answering service.

On my arrival no one was at the front desk at 8pm i had to call the 800 number and the customer service had to locate the desk clerk to complete my check in which took 15 mins for the clerk to come down then the keys did not work to get into the room had to go thru the process of getting the clerk back to the service desk again. the bed was super small for a queen size room and overall the room needed a complete update. Will not plan to stay at this location in the near future
