a smelly, dirty hotel for people who don't care. really gross and smelled like smoke

Not for families Unreasonable staff. If u are a family who has a child, don't stay here. You WILL be targeted, they WILL throw your belongings in the dumpster, and the homeless people from a nearby tent city WILL raid the trash taking everything you own.

No show Their web site doesn’t say a thing about no shuttle service or that it is a long stay hotel very far from Denver airport. I was deceived and could not make it there.

Terrible stay No hot water. Toilet didn't flush and they had me check out a plunger. I had to try to do it myself. The person at the front desk had to come up and me try. Finally the maintenance guy came up and fixed it. A huge inconvenience

Cheap Motel 6 equivalent for extended stays Front desk staff did what they could but this was definitely the stereotypical extended stay for those who can't get an apartment. I've stayed at SpringHill Suites, Towne Place Suites, and Residence Inn extended stays and been very happy with the accommodations, even though they're typically rated between 2.5-3.5 of 5 on most travel websites. Unprofessional & Pathetic Check- in....I did not get the double bed I reserved. The mister at the front desk had to come fix the heater and clean the hair left around the bathroom floor but he was very friendly with a good attitude about it! Check- out was definitely a horrible experience because they keep your card on file for room damage but they wont release it on check out, so ultimately it can be compromised if some dishonest person wants to tamper with your information.
