Business trip Don't like it, the room, carpet is dirty, Bed is dirty seem like some already sleep on it. the bathroom was smell, the coffee pot was not clean still has coffee in it.
Super location; Poor Hotel Minimalistic is an overstatement. Cherry Creek is a pretty classy address; what's this place doing there? Smokers standing outside of our door, scary "guests", very functional...won't stay again. If money is an issue, good option because the location is really good. Given what was supplied in the room, this establishment doesn't have much respect for its clients.
Very Disappointed Left after one night and secured a hotel elsewhere.
The filthiest hotel i ever stayed in. very bad. on my way to a meeting in the morning, i saw poop (human) in the middle of the walkway inside the hotel.

Exterior much nicer than interior I love Extended Stay America, but Extended Stay bought Homestead Suites and is converting them over. The problem is that Homestead Suites is the same idea, but just a much cheaper version. Basically it's like a 1970s Motel 6 with a kitchenette. The location of this particular Homestead Suites (which is being converted) is great, but I almost left when I saw the dingy room. Rooms were dirty, staff was unfriendly Checked in and bathroom was dirty, carpet was really dirty, called front desk and all they said was sorry. Didn't come clean or anything
Rockies weekend. Almost impossible to find when driving in. The AC did not work and temps were close to 100. Neighborhood was sketchy as the hotel was right next to a couple of strip clubs. The mattress was horrible.
family visit the staff was friendly while fixing the maintainence issues of the hotel, No towels, A/C broken, leaky shower.
