This non smoking room was not very clean and smelled like a smoking lounge

The breakfast was almost nonexistent. The door to our room was covered in spackle and looked very shabby. The non smoking room was stinky with stale smoke odor and we saw many inhabitants smoking outside by the railings of their nonsmoking rooms. The towels were not changed in 4 nights stay, No utensils or dishes or dishwashing soap etc were provided. There wasn't even a box of tissues in the room. We chose this for the location but we won't stay again or recommend it.

Disgusting bathroom! I was in town for my fathers funeral and after a very long day of driving I just wanted to shower and sleep. The bathroom was disgusting! The tub had black hairs in it (I'm blonde) and the "white" fabric shower curtain was yellow around the bottom and crusty. Literally crusty! The overnight staff was rude and unhelpful. He said he would send someone up in 4 hours to clean it... No one showed. Would never stay here again When I first got to the hotel, I was told that check in wasn't until 3 pm. When I came back to check in later, the receptionist did not know how to access my reservation through hotels.com and kept telling me that there was a reservation, but no payment had been made, although it showed that it was charged to my card. Waste of time and money 4 rooms reserved for 4 colleagues scheduled for State of CO meetings. Hair in linens-not just one or two....a lot of hair! No supplies in kitchenettes; one room had no trash cans & guest was told they must have run out(?-what?); one room had no towels and it wasn't until the following day that there were enough "clean" towels to get her some; blow dryers were not available; hotel was being repainted and there were no wet paint signs anywhere.....one of us realized brown paint all over the sleeve of he... read more

No reservation This hotel did not keep my reservation, and turned me away at midnight, without arranging another room. Very unimpressive!

Bare minimum This hotel is in need of a major room overhaul. My room smelled awful, the bed was not comfortable, the shower curtain was not even the right size, the rugs were dirty. Bare minimum, no daily sheet changing or amenities. The staff was accommodating and friendly,but I would not recommend this location or hotel to anyone.

Good price for room with kitchenette This hotel has quite a few maintenance problems. A number of items in my room needed repair: toilet cover, alarm clock, a smoke detector which had been disabled with a plastic cover over it. The staff were friendly and tried to fix these problems.

A place to sleep This property is a case study in running a hotel on a shoestring budget, including using a discount architect to lay out the bathroom. The room was nice, but we had to clean out the dresser drawers before putting our clothes in them, and the shower had significant amounts of black mildew in the grout that could have been easily removed if the housekeeping had cared enough to try.
