Not even close Hotel not renovated, close to nice area, but poor service, unclean rooms and hotel not in good condition. Beds did not sleep well.
Grimy, run down Our room smelled like old, stale cigarettes. We did not have a shower curtain or soap. Our room had a kitchenette, but no dishes, pots/pans, or even cups. No turn down service all weekend. Asked for a shower curtain and hair dryer, but they had none. Bed was uncomfortable. Toilet wasn't clean.

My latest stay The place felt a little strange... Like a niche-market had been found for lesser facilities with a bit more tired looking accommodations. It would be nice to have soap dishes and less disposable plastics, all with maybe some shampoo. Either that or in fact the hotel is struggling to provide short term housing while making a decent rate of return. Weekly house cleaning being my first hint.
Terrible place Dirty, smelly and uncomfortable atmosphere. Huge mountains of trash in the stair wells. No dishes, mildew in shower, food particles in microwave, dirty fridge. No smoke detector in the room. The first or the second.

OK! Didn't get any cleaning service throughout our 5 night stay. Room did not have a trash can for us to collect our trash.

A home away from home because you clean it yoursel Bring your own everything- and they do not clean, but location was good. An odd neighborhood with a super Target and a strip club in the same parking lot across the street from a beautiful park. Seriously on of the strangest places I have ever stayed.

Blah The girl who checked us in had 2 black eyes and did not look like she wanted to be there anymore.. First impression, NOT GOOD.
Awful, awful, awful. Just terrible, start to finish. Hard to find hotel. Desk personnel was not friendly, did not give basic info (map of property, breakfast hours, wifi password) at check-in. Room was incredibly drafty, broken lock, broken lights, no dishes or utensils to use in kitchen, no guidebooks, pens, pencils, etc. No housekeeping during my three day stay. The free internet was ludicrous, upgrade was $4 per day. Shower head was leaky, bathroom ceiling was water damaged.

Gross!! I wish I could give this "hotel" a zero! There was a cigarette put out on the carpet in our room when we first walked in along with a mysterious white block of something under the heater. How could these been missed by the cleaning people?? We were double reminded that the hotel was non smoking and yet we find a cigarette butt put out on the floor leaving a burn hole.
