Disappointment in Denver Very low level service, room was not clean, had to ask for towels, kleenex box was empty, no shampoo, one bar of soap, would not suggest this location as a place to stay.

Terrible hotel service There was no receptionist at the reception desk when we checked in at around 930 pm of July 20. When she came around she was grumpy. When we came into the room, there were two puddles of water on the kitchen floor. We were in a double bed suite and the soap and shampoo and towels were not enough for two people for one night. The receptionist is grumpy. It seems as if we were disturbing her whatever she was doing. It's her job to receive customers. She doesn't show interest and passion for her job.

Did not enjoy my stay Hotel is supposed to be smoke free but property had cigarette butts were all over the place. Our room smelled of smoke from previous guests and the microwave didn't work.

Uncomfortable and rooms were outdated and blankets were stained.
Not staying here again! We had a 2 day reservation. We left after 1 night. Room temperature was pretty warm as the room A/C was barely functioning. The room smoke detector was flashing a low battery warning when we arrived. The beds are uncomfortable. This was a big disappointment.
Cheap place to stay Even though it has signs it is a smoke free facility, first room reeked of smoke and I had to get another room. Second one had a strange smell but not from smoke. It is a bargain, but don't expect much.
Extended Stay America Cherry Creek Denver Filthy awful place. Please warn everyone to stay away. I could not even tell you of the nastiness on the floors, under the beds and in the kitchen.

Room was not nice. TV didn't work because of what looked like a hole from beebee gun. Sheets were dirty. Bathroom was dirty or stained. Overall unpleasant feeling.
