There wasn’t anyone there to check us in. Children let us in the front door. We couldn’t even get a room that I paid for. I have disputed the charge on my credit card.

It was terrible. I booked a room on Expedia. When I arrived there, I went to the front desk and they told me that they didn't have a room for me. Therefore, I had to go out, at midnight, to find another hotel. Terrible customer service, would not recommend.

Not a extented stay motel as we had requested. No essentials!!

When we arrived it took forever for someone to show up to the desk to help me. Then they had no record of our reservation, even though I clearly had the confirmation in front of me. They sent me to a sister hotel down the street, and insisted my reservation was there instead. It was not. We ended up having to find another place to stay late at night. Also there were a lot of men hanging out in the parking lot just lurking. Then I was still charged and had to navigate a refund.
