My room was filthy -- someone else's soap wrappers on the floor - dead bugs in the corners & the refrigerator made a terrible noise ALL NIGHT LONG!!!! I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Don't fall for this trap from Expedia!!!! I booked this hotel, under one of those supposed deals from Expedia, where they do not tell you the name, or the ratings of each hotel, and in turn the price is extremely cheap, and you can not cancel your reservation what so ever. I fell for the trap, and after I had booked it, I read the reviews, and was thoroughly disgusted. So much so, that I ended up not staying here, and booked another hotel..

Nice Hotel but staff was not good very well. Facility of this Hotel was pretty good to stay as price. But I experienced that could not have room cleaning twice during my stay for 5 nights. Also staff at front desk was just watching her smartphone at any time when I went through. Coffee server was empty almost the time even staff was there.Break first was ... joke?

長期滞在には向かない 1週間に一回の部屋掃除サービスをやってくれると言ったのにやってくれなかった。 部屋のエアコンがうるさい。 部屋の窓のロックが壊れいる。暫定対応として棒を置いて開き防止している。

Look elsewhere Place is billed as an extended stay. The kitchenette, which looked as though it was last updated in 1980's, had no utensils. In fact, there wasn't even a plastic cup in the bathroom. To get a cup for a drink of water I had to go back down to the lobby and use a cup that was left out for morning coffee. For almost $300 a night, the room was a disgrace.

Will look elsewhere The rooms were recently renovated but lots of things are wrong. The bathroom door doesn't close so the lock is useless. There are no hair dryers in the rooms so anyone getting in the shower and expecting to find a hair dryer will have to make a trip to the front desk to get one. Room service is only every 3 days or so. If you actually use the kitchen, any trash will pile up for at least 3 days as there are no trash receptacles anywhere that I could see. Worst place I've ever stayed in Cigarette smell is in the walls. Gym equipment probably purchased at the recycle shop and never cleaned, it was disgusting and the room smelled like a locker filled with dirty socks from a year ago. Patio was nice.
