When we arrived we were sent to our room and it was not cleaned yet from the previous guest so we had to go back and wait for an hour in the lobby. We had to remove lid and pull the chain to get toilet to flush properly. 1 night we had to use the stairs since the elevator wasn’t working. The staff was very nice to us even with all our issues.

The hotel is out dated and there was pubic hair on the top of the comforter.

We had a great weekend in Ann Arbor but this hotel was not a part of it. The hotel is old and in dire need of renovation. Our room smelled of mildew and was just old and dirty feeling. The sheets had stains on them; even my young children commented that it felt dirty “even in the shower”. I’d choose any place in town before coming back...maybe even my car!

Disgusting. Awful service. Awful rooms. Upon arrive we found our toilet covered in urine and spoiled food in the refrigerator. Went to the front counter to explain the issue and get a refund and I was told no refunds under any circumstances. Just a disgusting place all around.
Disappointed Difficult to park. Amenities were VERY scarce. No coffee.
