Rough folks Lots of seedy individuals around. Always someone sitting outside on the stairs smoking or in their car on their cell phone, sort of scary.

Falling apart, but otherwise fine. The room was OK in terms of comfort of the bed and cleanliness, but it was in some disrepair. When I went to hang up the hand towel after washing my hands, the curtain rod just fell off onto the floor. When I went to open a drawer to unpack some clothes, instead of the drawer opening, the whole face of the drawer came off when I pulled on the handle. It was all just shabby and shoddy.

Horrible Smells in the halls of Extended Stay This hotel is in a decent location, however, our hallway litterally smells like death. When we arrived the smell was so strong we thought about canceling. We got an upgrade and our room is ok, but 3 days into the stay and the hallway still smells awful. The location is convenient to what we are doing and we are not in our room much, but this is awful and leaves a terrible impression and it does not seem the hotel is able or willing to do anything about this. Unfriendly staff. Miscommunication several times. Not accommodating to guests with medical needs such as wheelchairs.

NOT A GOOD NIGHT AT ALL The room was not as clean as I would have liked it to be. The tub was dirty and comet still in it the sofa sleeper had food behind it and on the bed. When asked could I get the room cleaned I was told housekeeping was not available. So I requested a room change I was advised no available rooms. There was no utensils or glasses in the room. Drab and weary. Never got news the 80s was over. When I entered I was informed the wifi was down, which never was fixed by my stay. I was informed that there is no room service and to give them my towels if I wanted to get new ones given to me. The room was coloured a nicotine yellow and looked as if it had not been decorated in 30 years. The room came with a cooker and microwave, yet no plates, cutlery, cups or hot water making facilities. Rooms not cleaned very well We were sent to a room first that wasnt cleaned at all, then sent to another room that had dirty floors and bedding that hadnt been changed, disappointing
