They refused to clean room unless I stayed over 7 days. Wanda at the front desk called my room after 12 saying my tv was too loud. My tv was not on and I was asleep
Dissapointed, Dirty and Don't Book this Hotel hotel was in horrible shape. I love staying at Extended Stay's but this hotel was not dirty and in poor condition. I was scared of walking barefoot on the floor. Carpets were excessively stained throughout the property as I had family on all 3 floors
Truly designed for long stays-not just one night. Expedia had incomplete information for those traveling with pets: there is a weight limit of 50 pounds; larger dogs are not welcome. Pets may not use the one, central elevator to the 2nd floor. The pet relief area was small and posed a possible safety (to owners) concern: it was small, dark and behind parked cars. Not a Vacation choice This chain is not a full service hotel. sheets and towels changed twice a week. Kitchen included but no utensils unless you ask and then no assurance they are clean. They are given to you in a plastic tube. Only pro was the air was cold from the AC.
Been trying to get ahold of you all Had 6 days paid. Stay one night. Had to checkout the following day. Been trying to get ahold of u people. For my money back
Could have been better! 3pm check in is bad for travelers. Wanted to check out an hour later at noon due to the late check in, told no!
Disappointed Started out well middle if the night running above us back and forth and again in the morning, also toilet trouble not working properly flushing and noise issues we could have stayed home for free
old and dingy I felt compelled to leave a review, due to the degree of dissatisfaction. This place is a dump,no other way to put it. Old, smelly,dingy;all the things you hope a hotel is not. I arrived late at about 11.30pm, so I asked for a late check out of noon. At exactly 12:00pm the next day the woman nearly broke the door down to get me out. All I can say is don't stay here, you'll be sorry
