Not content My room was switched 2x, the noise level was unbearable. I had to switch hotels.
Did not enjoy this hotel This is a hotel I will not be staying at in the future. The check-in process was good. Once I got to the room everything appeared ok. However, throughout the day I noticed the cleanliness of the place was not so good. I went to bathe my daughter in the tub and as I was filling the water I noticed hundreds of hairs in the tub and it looked quite disgusting. She's a 1 year old and she took showers with me during our stay here. We ended up going to the store to purchase cleaner because I felt the place ... read more
Good once settled Checked in and gave me someone elses room, walked in to find there stuff and everything! Thank god they were not actually in the room, could you image. After i was re checked in the room was okay, had 25 tv channels and 12 of them were espn. And 6 of them were so fuzzy tou couldnt even see the show. Prolly would not stay there again

No office center. If you stay there for less than 7 days, they will not do housekeeping in your room, and will charge you $10 if you ask one. Check-in time is 3pm, too late for many travelers.
My wife and I spent three nights over this past weekend at the Extended Stay America in Farmington Hills, MI. We will not be returning to this property. I thought you'd like to know why.... 1. Check in went smoothly, and the evening manager was pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, that was the only pleasant part of the visit. 2. When we opened the door to the room we were almost knocked over by cigarette smoke. It was as bad as I've ever experienced. Stinking Horrible experience. We paid for the breakfast and not breakfast. It supposed to be continental breakfast and they said it is just muffin and some bread before 9 am. Those are stale items.

Some good, some bad. Hotel staff were amazing! Free breakfast was good with many options. Fruit and infused water at the front desk 24x7 is great! Workout room was terrible, had to buy a week pass from a nearby health club. Nothing like pictures and no way to get a good workout. Both my beds made noise when I moved and felt cheap.
