Overwhelmed staff with no time to help... Check in was a nightmare with 2 very unaware and uneager desk attendants. Later on, I found that the TV was broken. Nothing was done to repair it or move my room.
'OK' Stay. Even though it was only for 1 night, I was kind of disappointed in the room. For starters every other Extended Stay I have stayed at always had all the utensils in the room. Not this one and I was not told until my checkout that I could request them from the front desk. The bathroom was very clean and neat but the shower drain worked so slowly and took forever for the water to go down. The area and staff were good.
Extended stay away from this place I don't usually write reviews but I had to about this one. Al staff is extremely rude, nasty smell in the room, photos on hotels.com don't match when you check in.
Unclean room, dirty carpet. Room smells like someone used drughs in the room.
The person that checked me in was rude and spoke terrible English. The was a strong odor of smoke and garlic in the hotel. The comforter had a smell of curry in it.
Get what you pay for... The entire place is old. Holes in the carpet in the hallway. Beds were good, service was polite and accommodating. Had to ask for supply and carry them to my room from front desk. Entire third floor smelled like smoke in hallway and room. If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay with a good bed, then this is your place.
Don't waste your money Old, Room and halls smelled. Our room was very disappointing. Carpet stains, Bathroom floor badly stained, cracked sink in bathroom and cracked toilet. Was listed as kitchen, with dishes and cookware. ONLY if you asked the desk could you have them. They must have been made of gold. Housekeeping didn't exert themselves on cleaning the room.
