Starting with employee’s bad attitude against the customers, the rooms stink really badly, no supply’s for the shower. No shampoo, no conditioner, no toothpaste, no coffee machine, no drinking water. Breakfast is a joke with the breads they put on. You not allow to get coffee on the front desk passing 10:00 am. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The Nightmare The hotel common areas were not very clean. There was NO guest services. It took 4 hours to get our room ready. We had to take or dirty towels to the lobby to get more towels and they only clean rooms every 7 days.

The people in the room next to me woke me up with their extra loud love making shenanigans at 1am.... These kids now a days have no respect.

Not Good Beds were very hard, like sleeping on a board. The rooms were outdated and not very accommodating for your needs. Had to take towels to the front desk and almost beg for clean ones. Only one staff member was friendly.

Out dated and not very clean

1st room we were given smelled like old food. Very strong smell. The windows in the room were open but it didn’t help. 2nd room we were given hadn’t been cleaned yet. Came back later and room was clean. We stayed for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned again.

Suck There was hair in the sheets and we just walked into the room to see if it was clean. The death clerk Robert made us feel like it was our fault. We got another room and there was poop in the Joliet. It was disgusting and will never stay again

Bugs. I at least got 10 bug bites all over my body.. super disgusting. I checked for bed bugs like I do at all the hotels I stay at, this hotel did not have bed bugs... but I did get big up by something.
