Convenient location but inconvenient accommodation No hot water in room so we had to change rooms in the middle of the night. The hotel desk agent said I would only be charged one night for the inconvenience but I was still charged for 2 nights

It is very disappointing that Orbitz allows places like this to promote "Free breakfast" in their profile and it turns out to be coffee and a couple protein bars. False and misleading

Decent room, reasonable cost. Only stayed one night in studio room. Staff very friendly. Room was clean and without strange odors (like curry) that you sometimes find. Hotel was basically next door to where I was going next day, so location and price were key factors in selecting it. For business travel, would be OK for a few days stay. It would not be a my first choice for vacation, as I would spend a bit more for nicer room and more on-site facilities.

トロントからシカゴへの帰り 冷蔵庫、レンジあり。キッチン周りが揃ってる(フロントで借りれる)し、コインランドリーもあるので、ファミリーでの旅行には最適。

Bring your own The room was clean, the staff was very friendly but there are no glasses anywhere for rinsing your mouth or drinking water. For an extended stay there are no dishes, cups, silverware or anything you would need to prepare or eat in the kitchenette. No cabs were recommended by the staff and of course no shuttles.
