Bug morgue The first room key I was given did not work. No biggie, I just walked back to the lobby. I was then transferred to a different room, and when I walked in there was no linen on the beds. After another trip to the lobby, I was transferred yet again, and when I walked in there were at least 30 dead bugs on the floor of the kitchen area (big ones; I'm not talking about a few barely visible gnats), as well as a bug trap next to the fridge that I didn't dare take a head count in. One of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. Abysmal. I have stayed in some bad hotels but this one is near the top of the list. Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. Room condition was very poor, hair in the bathroom, generally in disrepair, what I believe to be blood on the wall ( was not going to send it off to the lab to confirm ) and feet turned black from walking on the carpet. Hotel is dirty, no mattress pads and most fixtures were broken.
nightmare hotel it was the most horrible place I've ever stayed in. The noise coming from the hallway and the next unit, blood stain on the sheet, blanket is full of holes, furniture is in bad condition, chairs are filthy, ... Lots of problems. Will never stay in this hotel chain ever!
Hated IT Never again. A dog was barking in room next to me couldn't sleep. They couldn't find my reservation, me and my wife had to wait 30 minutes before they found it. When we was leaving, two men was fighting. NEVER AGAIN
