Horrible Stay My Stay at the Extended Stay America Durham - University, located at 3105 Tower Blvd, was a horrible experience that one should never have to pay and experience. The room (I believe was 231) had a strong odor of smoke, the bath room had lines of burnt marking along the bathtub and sink. The Shower rod was dangling from strews off the wall. Not good This was truly the worst Extended Stay America Hotel I've ever stayed in. Very sorry I made this choice. I have stayed at this brand many times- very disappointed. Dirty place, very poor condition of rooms and property.

Do not book this hotel I stayed for one night, and got covered with bed bug bites, more than 60 bites.

Strange smell My room had a strange smell. It was supposed to be a non smoking room. Also, the sink didn't drain. Location was great, bed was comfortable.

Will not go again. Horrible, there were people hanging outside all around the hotel. Once in my room the neighbors on both sides kept opening and closing their room doors. Nothing but loud running all through the night and the room had a bad smell of old cigarettes and a perfume over to mask the smell.

shabby hotel The staff was friendly but the hotel needed alot of work there was people standing outside at all hours of the night making noise playing loud music and banging on the walls the furniture in the rooms was old and musky smelling and the furniture was also chipped. The lamps was not working and the shades were stained I found a dirt and trash and belonging from someone else stay under the bed the door of the room seemed to not shut as well. Worst hotel chain ever The man at the front desk was clearly high from how red husband eyes were and how slow he was going it took over 30 mins to check us in then the room was absolutely terrible. Trash from previous guest under the bed ash in the beds. I'm like do you guys even try? Never again staying here absolutely gross and unprofessional
