Poor service Checked in after midnight due to a late flight. Room was cancelled and was charged a higher rate. Also was put in a smoking room when a non smoking room was requested.

Wasn't a good experience It sucked because their business hours are 8a to 7p "due to covid" So I wasnt able to exchange towels or get more because I was out doing my work.. I took off work to get towels and soap but the person watching the counter wanted to argue about it and finally relented but only gave me enough for 2 days when we were stay 4. Avoid the place like it has the plague. The elevators did not work and I got stuck up on the 4th floor. What a miserable experience. You get better service out of a motel 6.

Broken Elevator We were in town waiting for the birth of our granddaughter. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was a smoking facility and even though we had a non smoking room it had an overwhelming smoke odor. We were on the 4th floor and when we checked in, the elevator worked. When we returned the elevator was broken. My husband is disabled and we had to climb 4 flights of stairs. We checked out the next morning and had to carry our luggage down the stairs again. Not so good this time. The stay and customer service was great as usually. But unfortunately this time the room was very dirty. I usually love staying here because the staff is friendly and the area is safe. thia time the tub had clumps of hair in it. the floor hadnt been mopped or sweeped. the carpet need to be vacuumed and the bathroom need to be cleaned over. Overall easy check in and great staff.

Smelt like cigarettes every single day in the hallway . They don’t replace your sheets or towels unless you’re willing to pay for it. Needs an upgrade in the rooms. If you’re looking for somewhere to sleep for the night & that’s it , go with it. Vacation worthy? Hell no
